Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 6, 2026
Best in Class Solutions LLC (“Best in Class Solutions,” “BICS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Best in Class Solutions LLC operates this website from the Commonwealth of Virginia. If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at info@bicsolutionsgroup.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to information we collect through this website, including our contact form and our networking-interest form. It does not cover third-party websites we may link to, or the separate privacy practices of the service providers described below.
3. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the limited technical and usage information described below. We do not require you to create an account.
a. Information you submit through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Business name
- The message you provide
b. Information you submit through the networking-interest form:
Our networking-interest form is provided through Typeform, a third-party form service. Information you enter there (your name, mailing address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile) is collected and processed by Typeform on our behalf and shared with us, along with the page you submitted it from. Typeform’s handling of your information is also governed by Typeform’s own privacy policy.
c. Basic technical information:
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel automatically processes limited technical information needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
d. Analytics:
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive). Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites, and we see aggregated statistics rather than profiles of individual visitors.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together
- Review and respond to networking-interest submissions
- Send you communications you have requested or consented to receive
- Understand, operate, maintain, and secure the website
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Text messages and marketing communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send you messages related to your inquiry, our services, or updates you have requested. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in each message. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (described above) is cookieless. The networking-interest form (Typeform) may set its own cookies when it loads, as part of operating the form. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. How we share information
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including customer relationship management, marketing automation, scheduling, workflow automation, and communications platforms. These providers may process your contact information, communications, and related business data on our behalf, solely to perform services for us and consistent with this Privacy Policy. Our service providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. They include:
- Google (Gmail): we use Google’s email service to send and receive messages related to your inquiry.
- GoHighLevel: provides our customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, and communications platform, which stores and processes contact information and message history.
- Zapier: provides workflow automation that securely transfers information between the services we use.
- Typeform: processes submissions from the networking-interest form.
- Vercel: hosts the website and provides our analytics.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and security practices.
8. Use of artificial intelligence tools
Best in Class Solutions uses artificial intelligence tools, including Google’s Gemini and Anthropic’s Claude, to support business operations such as drafting, research, analysis, and administrative tasks. When we use these tools, limited business or contact information may be processed by the AI provider. Our use of Google Gemini is under an enterprise agreement that includes contractual data protection commitments, and our data is not used to train Google’s models. For other AI tools, we enable available privacy and data controls to limit how our information may be used. We do not input sensitive personal information into AI tools, and any client materials handled with AI assistance are processed consistent with the confidentiality obligations in our client agreements.
9. Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, then dispose of it when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights
We operate from Virginia. The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives Virginia residents certain rights over personal data held by businesses that meet its coverage thresholds, including the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
- Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you
- Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling (we do none of these)
Whether or not a given law technically applies to us, we honor these requests for anyone who asks, wherever you live. To make a request, email us at info@bicsolutionsgroup.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; Virginia residents may also contact the Virginia Attorney General if an appeal is denied.
12. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Our technology providers may change from time to time; this policy applies to any successor tools performing similar functions.
